  1. Comprehensive GDPR Alignment Statement 1.1. CLEAREX.MARKET strictly aligns its international data processing operations with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). By providing a specialized, privacy-engineered environment for financial threat intelligence and broker metrics, the Platform incorporates core data protection principles into its infrastructure layers by design and by default.
  2. Mandatory Data Subject Rights Execution (GDPR Chapter 3) Pursuant to Chapter 3 of the EU GDPR, the Platform explicitly guarantees and automates the execution of the following statutory rights to all covered individuals: 2.1. Right of Access (Article 15): Users hold the right to obtain verification from the Controller as to whether their personal data is being processed, and to access exact parameters of the specific pieces of information stored. 2.2. Right to Rectification (Article 16): The right to demand the immediate correction of inaccurate personal parameters or completion of incomplete records. 2.3. Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten" (Article 17): The right to demand the immediate erasure of personal data objects under cascade deletion protocols. This right is structurally automated via the DELETE /api/user endpoint, subject exclusively to the 7-year legal accounting exemptions detailed in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy. 2.4. Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18): The right to mandate the restriction of data processing lines where the accuracy of data is contested or processing is determined to be unlawful. 2.5. Right to Data Portability (Article 20): In strict alignment with Article 20 of the EU GDPR, users maintain a statutory right to obtain their stored data structures in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (JSON/CSV), which can be triggered directly via the account privacy dashboard. 2.6. Right to Object (Article 21): The absolute right to object at any time to personal data processing grounded upon legitimate interest pillars (Article 6(1)(f)).
  3. Advanced Review Isolation & Administrative Litigation Holds 3.1. To insulate the platform against toxic anonymous fraud, account deletions do not trigger immediate ledger purging if an active alert is flagged. If a submission is officially reported as a fraudulent or malicious falsehood within the 90-day post-closure diagnostic window, the system triggers an administrative Litigation Hold. This overrides the default erasure path, freezing all related forensic metadata logs, email identifiers, and session references until a competent court or law enforcement body finalizes its inquiry. 3.2. That forensic record retained for a 90-day window contains only: the review reference, a one-way hashed network identifier captured from the deletion request, and the reviewer's email encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The reviewer's identity is never retained in readable form. 3.3. During this window, if any of the reviewer's submissions is determined to be a fraudulent or malicious falsehood, the corresponding record is flagged and preserved beyond the 90 days until the matter is resolved. Records that are never flagged are automatically and permanently purged once the 90 days elapse. Decrypting a retained identity is restricted to the platform owner (superadmin) alone, is written to a tamper-evident administrative audit log, and is performed only to comply with a lawful request from a competent judicial or law-enforcement authority. No other administrator can access it.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to measure aggregate traffic — how many people visit and which pages they view — in real time and over time. We never send Google your email address or any personal identifier, and Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address (it is used only momentarily to derive an approximate country, then discarded). Cross-device and ad-personalisation signals are turned off, so no advertising profile is built.

Google Analytics sets a cookie to recognise returning visits. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. See Google's Privacy Policy.
